Terms & Conditions

User obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration and KYC information is complete, accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of Bonuses.
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity performed under your Account. You must not share your Account or password with any third party.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting rules

  • Placing Bets: A Bet is accepted only once it has been registered and confirmed on the Operator's servers. The bet history shown in your Account is the definitive record of your Bets.
  • Stake limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are determined per game and may vary by currency, game provider and your Account status. These limits are displayed within each game or on the relevant game information page.
  • Game rules: Each game or category of games (e.g. slots, table games, live casino) is governed by its own rules and paytables, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By playing, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

Cancellation and modification of Bets

  • User-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the system, you cannot cancel, amend or withdraw it unless the specific game rules expressly allow otherwise.
  • Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets where:
    • A clear error, misprint or technical malfunction has occurred (including incorrect odds, paytables or game behaviour).

Combining promotions

Intellectual Property Rights

Termination & Suspension

Operator's right to suspend or close your Account

    • You have provided false or misleading information, or failed to complete KYC checks.
